We don’t use shortcuts, additives, or preservatives. We produce clean products made exclusively from natural ingredients. We ferment our bread using natural sourdough or prefermented dough with regular yeast, using an indirect preparation method. To ensure top quality, rich flavor, and better digestibility, our dough ferments and develops for up to 48 hours before baking.
Currently, we do not offer gluten-free products because we use wheat flour in our production and cannot guarantee the absence of contamination. However, we are constantly working to expand our offerings and exploring possibilities for the future.
Of course! We recommend pre-ordering, especially for larger quantities. The best way is by phone or in person at any of our locations.

We operate at three locations in Zagreb: Preradovićeva 39, Martićeva 19 and Prilaz Gjure Deželića 36.
